We started our relationship with Searer Communications early in 2004. We initially had them do a communications analysis of all our phone lines we had coming in.

They showed us each line and how it was currently being used or not used and presented us a plan to eliminate over 50% of our lines and keep the same call volume for a savings of $2300 a month. Searer Communications stayed with us throughout the entire project and did everything they said they would. This came as a great relief because we had other companies approach us with savings plans although they did not see them through and they did not turn out the way they had presented them.

Since 2004 we have had Searer Communications do many other projects with us throughout our Auto Group. The difference you will find with Searer is that they will assist you throughout the entire project. They deliver exactly what they promise. Trust me, this is uncommon in the telecommunications world. I would recommend them without hesitation and we will continue to use Searer Communications on all our projects.

We utilize a centralized voicemail system for all of our employees and the network has allowed complete communication within our branches. We currently have eight locations and are continuing to grow by building new locations.

SBC/Searer Communications introduced a fully networked Panasonic Hybrid phone system to tie our three facilities located in Elkhart, Wakarusa and Middlebury together.

The Panasonic system has been easy to use and become familiar with. We do a lot of our own on-site phone and network changes with the administrative software, which been easy to read and learn.
We also, utilize the cell based cordless phones for all three sites, which allow our employees to travel between locations and still receive calls as if they are in the same building.

Their technician and staff did a wonderful job installing the system and training was conducted in a professional manner. Ongoing support has been performed in a timely and professional manner with most issues being solved in the first visit.

I highly recommend SBC/Searer Communications for all your telecommunication needs. It has been a pleasure to work with them!
